Although it validates it has a lot of warnings in the css, mainly a lack of background info in the coding.

Your links do not look like links until you scroll over them. This is a problem as visitors will not know what are or are not links on first inspection of the site. This in turn slows down their visiting of your site and makes it more likely for them to hit the "X".

Your body text does not have enough contrast, it is very hard to make out the text without straining.
On the recent mix section the word download is present.
Maybe if I lighten the color of the links that will
initiate the response of a link?

In regard to those errors I feel they are a result of over-thinking
on the CSS validation. If you use an element you shouldn't
have to worry about asigning a background-color to an element.

It should just validate the CSS as being code properly. What its
doing now is telling youhow to design. Adding background:transparent;
and extra code is unecessary.

The errors are repititions of:

You have no background-color with your color :
Redefinition of border-right-width :
Redefinition of border-left-width :
Redefinition of border-top-width :

Again thank you for the feedback.
