I can only echo previous comments. The design is very nice, attractive and eye pleasing, as well as displaying content upfront. The logo however, im not diggin' it. It needs to be simple/subtle, and hold more of an identity for your site. The large, 3D logo is not appropriate in my eyes.

Flash would certainly add a wow factor to the mix
