Forum skins can be created for vBulletin or IPB. A fully coded forum skin will cost around $250 or a special price of just $75 uncoded (psd only)! Complete matching Icon and Button sets (along with smilies) can be created for an additional $50. It usually takes a maximum of 1 to 2 weeks to fully complete your forum skin.
