i have a design (see below) that i need slicing and coding in to Xhtml with php templates. The code needs to be to w3c standards, and must be viewable in all browsers.

All the text should be text, execpt for the title which will be an image. On Subpages there should only one text box with the option to add another text box if desired. Every time someone clicks on a side link two sub link box's should appear and again with the option to add another sub link box if desired

I cannot pay much to who ever does this but if you work is exceptional i will pay you a bit more, as i am doing it for free plus it is for a local school so they can't exactly pay me ;-).
