Let me first mention that I'm only looking for a possible coder as I just do not have the time to do it myself.

I've asked 2 coders who I feel confident can complete this and they have gave me their price.

I know cheapest is not always quality and I know this will take a little bit of time to actually complete so I'm not looking to get this coded for $25. Also, please don't quote me more than $300 as I'm not going to be spending that much on this.

You must have coded vBulletin designs before and I require that you show me a few that you've done.
