To be honest that domain is worth quite a bit of money. This may sound awkward, but i say you should develop it. However, i don't know abuot the laws in your country, but here in the US you have to be either 18 or 21 to enter a porn site, so i bet that also goes towards developing one. Be careful, stay legal, and make a lot of $$$.
