I'm sure Brius and some others mentioned has good customer service since their userbase is low, but if you want more bang for your buck I really suggest
www.ipowerweb.com ... their customer service sucks donkey balls but their plans are huge.
edit: All you guys love Brius? Their packages are so very very small for the price they charge! I got nothing against Bryan or Dave, but why give away money for an inferior product just because you like the owner(s)?
