Similar colors, it's not even close to a rip. Is my eye sight that bad or are you being overcritical?

I could go through and pick out half the people in here and give them a design they inspired off of. We are people, we get ideas from things around us. There are few that are completely original. I personally like this guy's design better, the forum that was "ripped" is a waaay! overused style.
