If it's for commercial use, you could water-mark the images, therefore anyone who downloaded them wouldn't have any use for it:

The problem with using javascript to disable, clicks, and button movements is that, any astute web-user can simply view the source code, and look for the files location. I personally find websites with disabled buttons/clicks very annoying. That is why I think water-marking images would be much more suitable.
