When you say, "...make a contract, with forms and print it out and go around to stores with it..." it sounds like you want to advertise your services rather than sign everyone up assuming they need some kind of job done. A contract should be used when a job is accepted in order to create guidelines for the project and even legal evidence something goes wrong.

If you want to go to different stores and have a contract ready in case they do need a job done, that would make some more sense. Although contracts should be made once the job is taken rather than before it is taken. ANYWAYS if thats the case:
