I have hosting available on my dedicated server for web proxies. Currently there is only one other site on the server and that is my proxy.

Data Centre Location: Fort Worth, Texas
CPU: AMD Athlon 3800 Dual Core
RAM: 2048MB (2GB)
Port Speed: 100Mbps of Tier 1 Bandwidth
OS: Cent OS 4.x

Here are the specs of the hosting account you would get:
Disk Space: 500MB (More than enough to host your proxy)
Bandwidth: Unmetered but account will be set at 500GB (Root server has 1,500GB available so if you reach 500GB and still need more I can up the limit as needed)
Control Panel: cPanel 11.x
Misc: FTP, PHP, CGI, no mySQL

Basically I'll give you enough features to run your proxy. If you need to add something else just drop me an email and I could probably get it arranged for you.
