  Old  software to update a link-page on multiple sites

Hello,

New to this forum - I'm a webmaster for several sites.
I am looking for a software/application that allows me to update one page "links.html" and then upload it to 30 different websites simultaneously. (Instead of login to 30 accounts and upload it one by one).
Can anyone recommend me a software/application that can do that for me?
