Yes I did gather that from them as well; however, over the last couple weeks I have seen a noticeable decrease in their support response time as well as just the general feel of the hosting. So, I figured now was the time to put the feelers out for a new host.

Jeff, I understand your concern. Recently at HostGator there has been a lot of hiring and we have a lot of people on training. I would invite you to continue hosting with us and you can always contact me by chat or phone and request to be transferred to Lucas G. during the week on certain hours.
