ForgeDB was once my baby. I had planned on finishing and launching the site to the public about a month ago. The site itself is not complete. It's about 50% done. It sits on the latest version of the CakePHP MVC framework so hiring a developer to finish it is a breeze. You are bidding for rights to the domain, custom template, and custom source. I spent maybe a total of 50 hours working on the site. The general rates for programmers is $49.00USD and hour. That means this site is at least worth $2,500USD how it is right now. But because the site is barely complete, I'm giving a huge discount.
CSSFuel - SOLD
I recently purchased CSSFuel from a friend and realized I don't have the time to manage it. I've dropped a bit of money into advertising so far and also fixed up the site and made it more pleasing to the eye. The site sits on top of a modified version of WordPress and a custom theme.
roughly 100 uniques a day. No time has been spent into advertising. So potential is there.
TTNetwork - $200 for all 5 sites.
Just a bunch of sites I made recently for friends and etc. Since made the sites have begun to rise in popularity. They all are SEO optimized and have been marketed a bit. After advertising the sites I'm making an average of $2.00 a day from AdSense revenue. That gives the sites an estimate of $62.00 a month. Based on the "[Monthly Revenue - 62.00] * [1 Year - 12]" rule the sites are worth $744.00. I believe with the right bit of marketing the sites will progressively grow. I will also provide the hosting for anyone who buys the network. I have a couple of months left and am willing to offer that as a gift. The host provider is Dreamhost.
