I need help on what type of program I should invest in..

At the moment we sell subscription accounts for a few sites, we need to keep the users info (Name, username, pasword ect..) we also have to rebill the client every month and since we offer more then one Payment option that has to be recorded as well, at the moment were at 500 users and groing for now were using excel, it's great for accounting purposes but getting harder to keep track of the rest.
