I have a webmaster resource website and forum which features free tutorials, website templates, and forum skins. The site has been around for 4 years and has an established PR of 4 for the index, a PR of 3 for the secondary pages that list resources, and a PR of 3 on most of the sub secondary pages that list the actual resource. The entire site receives around 2000+ unique visitors a day and it has had solid traffic statistics according to awstats for the past couple of years.
