I was curious on your opinions on how, well thought out it was! (sarcasm)

So, I can't talk on the phone on the road...but I can text message, I can use AIM, I can watch YouTube, I can check my email, which requires looking down, not up.

I mean, if your going to disallow a person to talk on a phone, in my opinion it's just as bad as having a passenger in the car. They can both be just as disruptive, but you need to learn how to handle them. I rarely use my phone in my truck (only for the iPod really). Occasionally I might get a call, or I need to call my parents once again, just quick 1 minute calls. I risk it, because for the 2-3 times I use my phone every day, I am not going to get a headset so I can look like a retard. (Not saying you do, but yah...)
