i prefer to sell my theme via post on forums.. easy to sell and easy to get more money via customize.

if from web you need to have placed some banner. example i do on first month. advertise at weblogtoolscollection with $95 monthly.. i sold 6 themes from there..

if you see the big amount from paypal.. it come from custom wordpress theme and developer package..
