I'm looking to redesign a website of mine but I don't have the patience or skill to come up with a design that I'd enjoy for awhile. It's for a business of mine so my main focus is something that's clean, bright and open.

I know $150 isn't a lot but it's pretty much the most I can dish out at the moment (loads of hospital bills and expensive insurance doesn't help). I am only looking for a 2 page design (homepage and subpage) so I hope this is enough.

I'm looking to get something started now and hopefully have it by 10/19 (about a week from now). I only need the design (PSD).

Some sites that were an inspiration when I tried doing it on my own. Some of them were for various elements (maybe a font or color, or how their heading was) but there were few that have similar wireframes (logo, nav, breadcrumb/title, sidebar/content) that I was hoping to achieve with my attempt:
