Re client quotes, I do a website and social media evalutaion and see where they are in terms of on and off page SEO, search engine rankings and then see what their social media impact is by doing searches on Facebook and Twitter, seeing who if anyone is talking about their business or product and then put together a tailored quote.

I'm in the UK and most of my offline clients don't even understand the power of social media in promoting their product or service. It's great fun, I love the techie side too, can't get enough of it!.
