I have completed the work you requested and all the key points you mentioned have been factored in. I am willing to offer you my completed design for $150, though this is negotiable.

Details of the work I have done:

-> Both pages are XHTML 1.0 Strict Compliant
-> The one stylesheet is CSS Compliant
-> Both pages have been constructed exactly how you visualized them
-> The page is accessible with image 'alt tags' and hyperlink 'titles' etc.
-> All the content boxes have been constructed to stretch vertically when required
-> Constructed properly (Not a botched image slicing job)

I have tested both pages in Internet Explorer 6.0, Mozilla Firefox 1.0, Opera 6 on the Microsoft Windows platform and all show the pages exactly how they should be. I have gone to extra lengths to make sure this is possible, as CSS and XHTML are recognised differently by different browsers.
