thats html for iframe without a scrollbar... php include simply copies and pastes the contents of the include file into the coding... so thats completely different..
if you simply wish to remove the blue line at the top of your stylesheet remove the
border-bottom: 3px solid #2e4988;
not sure if that covers what ya wanted but there ya go :P
