Well I don't like the cloud picture, there is not enough spacing in between the navigation items. There is too much space between the content boxes. I don't like the header type thing for the individual boxes (i hope that makes sense) and I can not read the yellow/orange writing on the grey background. Also, I don't like the fact that there is a 1px space between the white outline and the black outline on the picture of that guy.

Overall, too much white and looks too flat and colourless (except the logo).
