  Old  WatchHouseNow.com: Fully Developed Site

WatchHouseNow.com
After running this site since October, I've decided I want to move on.

The name suggests what service the site provides, and the domain is a very, very good one -- easy to remember and simple. The site also has a custom design and a backend script that makes adding episodes/seasons extremely easy.

On average, it gets about 1500 uniques/3800 views a month, and makes $2 a month in adsense, but I haven't put any time into making it a revenue stream. You can easily find some affiliates or better ad programs to make some cash.

It gets plenty of search engine recognition as well. It's on the first page on google for the keywords "watch house now", and I get plenty of hits because of that. It's got about 80 backlinks on Yahoo, and is the first result for the same keywords as above. Google has 120 pages of the site indexed. See for yourself:

(All page view statistics are from January. If you like, I can PM you February's statistics so far.)

Winning bid gets:
1. Domain (GoDaddy.com)
2. Full site, with all videos and backend script
3. Full rights over unique theme

All that you need to do to maintain this site is this:
Once a week, go to sidereel.com. Search for results on the latest episode, click on a megavideo link. Copy the embed video code on the megavideo page for that episode and go to the backend. Within a few seconds, the newest episode is up on the site.
Next, go back to sidereel and add WatchHouseNow to the results for that week's episode.

That's it. Once a week, and it takes me about 3 minutes to do.
All of the episodes currently on the site were actually scraped using a program and automatically pushed onto the site, so that's a possibility -- just find a PHP developer and pay him $30 to write you an auto-update script!

Starting bid: $50
BIN: $350

Here's what I've spent on this site:
6 months of hosting: $30
Custom design: $40
Script: $20
Domain: $25
Total: $115

Not a bad deal, if you ask me.

I reserve the right to refuse to sell the site if the bidding doesn't reach what I'm looking for (Hopefully in the mid $2xx's).

Thanks for considering the offer.
Looking forward to seeing your bids,
Choco
