Need a flash programmer who can:

- Take a photoshop template / example and port it to flash.
- Create a drawing environment so a user can draw / color a certain shape
- Once completed this user can "submit" or email their drawing as a .jpg / .gif etc

We are serious, this is for an actual promotions company and we will paypal or cut a check.
