Unfortunately when you give a date when you will deliver, that is your date to deliver. I was told April 9th, then the 10th. That's when there was no more communication. If he would've contacted me and told me that it would take longer, I'd have been content with that.

But a lack of communication and a failure to deliver a product on time will lead an individual to think otherwise. So no, it's not pathetic.
