I have recently set up a website called sheersoftware.com. The site is a programming and software discussions forum website. It's not very active and would like to pay a few writers/ people with good knowledge in Programming / software to just be active on the website posting articles, posts, or blogging. Postings have to be valuable to the website and should be able to help the community to grow fast in a short time until there is a reasonable amount of active members.
