Ok, well I want to sell my site, but have a few questions. This is not a sale thread, it's just seeing who's intrested and what I can do to get my site sold.

Well it's a gaming site that has been out for a month. It has a Splash(tooken down) and a main site coded in PHP and valid xHTML tranistional. It has a custom CMS where you can edit the files on the front page easily and has a login for vB and latest post for vB...

I am getting a forum skin coded and designed that matches the site so there will be more to come.

It will come with a hosting plan, the domain, http://clan-nation.net and all of the advertising on other sites paid for.

The hosting is, from siteground, 12 GB of Space 500 GB of bandwith paid off until feb next year. domain is the same way time wise. The advertising is also the same time wise on 2 sites that get around 80 unique hits a day. And a vB license that expires the same time as everything esle, it's yearly.


I also will have around 5 clan templates that are unique for sale in the shop soon. They are all top of the line clan templates and have never been used or sold before.

The moderators on the forums will stay. You get everthing from this site

What would you people be willing to pay? What's a good starting price/BIN. I need some help, that's why this is a presale thread.
