The clouds are from a brush set on DeviantArt, I added all of the effects to make them look real.
I traced the birds from here (http://dinosaurtheory.com/humming%20bird.jpg) and recoloured them and added some effects.
As for the hills, I showed Aaron Moody a preview of the template whilst I was creating it and he told me that I should put some hills in the footer, and gave me a few tips.
