no offense but I would not blindly send money to some random person on a forum who claims they will list my site on directories. You should build a website for your services and establish yourself on the web as a service provider. It just seems kinda fishy to me when someone posts something like this and they've no website backing and promoting the service. Good luck to you with this though.
