If a .us or .tk site looks good and offers a good product sure i'll do business with them, but if the site looks dodgey and so does the domain i definitely won't do business.

Why would you trust less a .us than .ca? Both are the same, except .us is for the USA and .ca for Canada. .tk and .cjb.net are different because they can get obtained for free, so it's sure it can give a little idea on the site.
