She does make a fair point though, Artashes doesn't go around starting posts with "Dear <name>" and (this may be my own mis-reading coming into play) his post provoked the same reaction in myself; I'm neither female, nor Jordan and certainly shouldn't be giving two hoots about how one person addresses another individually.
