Let me start by saying my name is Joe Elshazly, I am a freelance web entrepreneur, and I specialize in the design aspect of it. I also code in xhtml and CSS with no tables! I am 16 and I have been working with Photoshop for over 3 years now, and really enjoy doing what I do, and will be doing it for a long time. Well, why choose me instead of another designer out there? It’s simple. Not only will I design your website to exceed your expectations, or on time, I am also a fun guy to talk to! I’m not the typical stuck up businessman like a lot of the people out there. I have a life like you too, and I enjoy talking to my clients on a personal level. Also, I am not the type of person to charge you that extra measly five bucks for a small image you may want for your website, I will happily do it for you if I have the time. Terms of Service:
A detailed brief is required before project start. I require a 50% upfront downpayment before the design is started. Once design is finished, I will request a payment through paypal. Once payed, and a rar file will be sent to you with all files needed.
