Over a webdesign I did for a guy. The guy has a site that is trying to get some changes done at his college radio station. Whatever, I'm not a part of any of the content or anything. I just did his site and that's it. I'm not hosting it either.

So I get this letter:

I am sorry that your name is attached to the site. I am going to be forced to name you as a defendant, due to your being a party to these violations of copyright, privacy and harrassment. Please note this is a Federally licensed radio station, which makes any legal issues, automatically a Federal level case. In other words, you are violating FCC rules pertaining to privacy. William xxxxxx

Word on the street, according to the guy who bought the design is that this guy is kind of loopy and he isn't a paid employee at the station anymore. Semi-retired or something.

Legally, do I have anything to worry about here?
