  Old  Why am I getting PSA's only in first page? (Adsense)

I have a site in HTML, very simple but at homepage are always the public service ads. The other pages have the same content but do not show PSA's, why?

Example:

First Page: http://www.meninasfamosas.com
Second Page: http://www.meninasfamosas.com/2.html

Help Me Please.
