I want to design a website, but in all honesty I'm not sure what the technology is called or what software I should use to try to learn and design it. I want users to be able to upload pictures and change the color schemes of the pictures. To give you an example, you can go to many vehicle websites and build a car, change the exterior and interior color, change the wheels, etc and change it to your specification.

Does anyone know exactly what this technology is called
