yes, I actually bought these games in a pack and uploaded to my server.
I'm worried more so on the implications it will have on my bandwidth and the effect it will have on my users. If people running your script scrape swf from my site it will slow it down and add to my bandwidth bill.

if you bought them in a game pack, don't worry about it, they're already on hundreds of other sites
