That quote is from the form itself. It explains why there is so much depth to the form. It is the best way to initially get to know the clients business. If you don't know, or understand, your clients business how can you design for their needs?

I have had several people fill it out so far, and each has been very happy that I am actually asking them real questions about their business and showing a genuine interest in their needs.
