I'm not offering to help, but I wanted to ask this: have you thought about the viability of this keyphrase? I realize that you said "stemming from" free web stats... but there is a large number of listings for this phrase (41 million in Google) & the search volume appears to be pretty low (1,600/month as per Google Adwords tool). If you're looking for long-tail phrases, the counts will be lower.... I don't know - maybe you're targeting a different search engine or you already have decent rankings for this phrase?

I saw this ad & wanted to throw in my input - there has to be easier phrases in this market to obtain unless you have a very specific reason for wanting to chase after this keyphrase.

Also - I couldn't get lustats.com to load for me - it keeps on timing out.
