i am just developing some asp.net applications at the moment and need the following

100mb space / 1000mb bandwidth (needs to be upgradeable)
mssql database (1 will be enough, 2 will be better )(needs to be upgradeable)
ability to send and receive email (for testing)
ability to use the subdomain asp.adamcroot.co.uk as my domain
and some control panel for my dabases (be it sql enterprise manager) or in house job.
