Going to put this hyperthetically, let's say, I have 0 budget, but do have time on my hands.

I have a new website, but hardly advertised.

I've added meta info, page titles etc too. But how would I go about ranking high organically for a certain keyword phrase. I haven't added a blog, I don't intend to, as I don't have any ideas on what I would put on it.

Not only ranking high organically, but simply obtaining a good amount of monthly traffic to the right type of people, for the cost of my own time rather than money spend. Is this possible? Any info / help would be much appreciated.

Never done this sort of thing before.
