You should try and analyse the components for which you would need to charge - like amount of time to work on the project, amount of time to required to research on the project, your services, designer/developer charges, etc.

Once you have defined all the components look for the charges you would incur.. Accordingly charge for the project...

You would find lots of information on internet on cost analysis of the project...
