You state that you host your own servers, etc.

Which leaves me wondering why your DNS resolves as: ns10.dnsmadeeasy.com; who are a DNS Hosting Company.

Surely, if you hosted your own servers within your own building as you state that you do, then you would have taken the time to setup your own Domain Name Server (DNS)?
