If you need a business partner you don't need them to give you money which has no use. If you've purchased the company then you need no more money, it should be generating money already. Unless you've purchased unwisely.

I would be interested in helping out in terms of website upkeep and development, however I would no invest $2,000 when I'm not being told how it's to be used or if I will infact have anyway to get it back.
