I was wondering how some people in my wordpress database have avatars? It runs a paid membership called "amember". Only a few people have one, but most dont! I run a avatar code in the comments, which successfully works. How can I get users to easily upload their own avatars?

also, when I go to edit their info nothing shows about changing or adding an avatar or any photo for that matter. what can I do?
