Out of the four concepts, I definitely prefer the 3rd one.

Are you trying to design the cards yourself or are using either pre-made templates? I'd suggest perhaps to change up the typography between the logo/slogan part and your information. Your contact information should also be a little more central than that.

Ideally, you should consider going for a two-sided card in which case you can split the logo/slogan on one side and your contact information on the other.
