  Old  Yahoo will listed my url on many directories? just like Dmoz

Does Yahoo similar to Dmoz of get listed will show up in many ODP directories?
I just check a few yahoo branch out and found yahoo similar to Dmoz
if you spend $299, your url will listed at yahoo branch directories.
