Ok, so you're looking for a blog that doesn't require pre-approval, or moderation. You're looking for a blog that just lets you post whatever you want and it appears instantly without the need for moderation.

I rarely use these type blogs as they usually get filled with spam pretty quickly and that just defeats the purpose.

What you really should be looking for are the blogs that are "DO FOLLOW" blogs to allow a portion of their "link juice" to come back to your site.
