These so called pre-approve or auto approve blogs are not quite the best idea.
If they are not yet full of spam, than they are probably new ones with a really low PR (or none at all) and with only a handful of comments. This means that their reputation is not even satisfactory, let alone good.
Not the best choice, I have to say...
