Hi Pendeweb it looks nice I do have few suggestions though. Maybe make the login box and search less dominant perhaps hide it with some javascript and have a clickable button where it will drop down over the banner on the right.

I say this because the banner itself is a nice visual but you immediately loose focus on the creativity involved in the banner piece when your eye hits the search and login box.

Personally I would also agree with Jaun in that I think you need to showcase your work more predominately prospective clients will want to see what you have done first and foremost not what you say you can do.

Make the boxes that say business, clients, ideas sections links to either more information or your contact page people will definitely think they are links to bring them deeper into your site and be disappointed when their click just highlights the text.

Other then that the colors flow seamlessly and your artwork in the banner is very impressive great job!
